You should register here to attend the 34th Symposium of the ICTMD Study Group on Ethnochoreology

Anyone who wishes to attend any of the Symposium sessions, including the talks, workshops, or social events must register. This includes all speakers, guests, exhibitors and sponsors.

Some events have limited capacity. We advise you to register early and to take advantage of the ‘early bird’ prices.

‘Early bird’ registrations must be pre-paid online in Euros, by bank transfer. Late payments will be accepted at the Symposium Registration Desk.

Your conference registration is not confirmed until your payment has been received by the Organizing Committee.

The registration fee includes:

Attendance to all sessions from 20 – 27 July 2026, including spoken papers, discussion panels, posters and plenary sessions, open committee meetings, and workshops.

Participation at the Closing Ceremony (Music and Dance Feast) on Monday evening, 27 July.

Excursion to Meteora and Lake Plastiras.

Visit on nearby Museums.

Attendance a the business meeting of Study Group of Ethnochoreology (ICTMD Members only).

** A Student Registration is available only if, after you have registered online, you e-mail a scanned copy of your valid ID Card with expiration date to the Symposium Secretary. Students wishing to attend the conference and receive all benefits including attendance at the welcome reception and transport to professional visits, must register in advance online. Registered student attendees have the above benefits and priority seating at all events.

**** Registrants are encouraged to make an additional donation to the Symposium if they are able: any amount they wish, to assist deserving younger scholars and those who will benefit most from such support. Last Symposium we raised 2500 euros in our Sponsorship Programme, and we hope to surpass that this time! Please add a sum to your registration fee, and send a brief note to Konstantinos Dimopoulos (kdimopoulos@phed.uoa.gr) or Georgios Fountzoulas (gfountzoulas@phed.uoa.gr).
Cancellations policy: Full refund if cancelled before 15th of May 2026, 50% refund if cancelled before 30th June 2026, no refund if cancelled after 30 June 2026.
