Photography and Video Recording Notice
By registering for and attending this event, participants acknowledge that photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings may be taken during conference sessions, presentations, networking events, and other conference-related activities.
These materials may be used by the organizers for purposes including, but not limited to, conference documentation, reporting to sponsors and funding agencies, promotional materials, websites, social media channels, newsletters, and future event communications.
The organizers will make reasonable efforts to use images and recordings in a professional and respectful manner. Participants who do not wish to appear in photographs or recordings should inform the organizers in advance or notify conference staff upon arrival, and reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate their request.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and will not be used for purposes unrelated to the event without additional consent where required.
