Submission deadline
The abstract of each submission should follow the format:
- Title: Title of contribution
- Session: Select the corresponding session
- Abstract text (150 words maximum)
- Author list with affiliation
- Comment: oral / e-poster
Invited talks will be up to 30 min and 10min for questions.
Contributed talks can be up to 20min (15min + 5min for questions).
Poster contributions should have up to 6-8 slides and should follow the format of the template.
e-posters should be submitted no later than Friday March 14, 2025.
