Oxidative stress is involved in all skin diseases. The study of this phenomenon in relation to skin pathophysiology as also the prevention and therapy of skin disorders by substances or natural products that contribute to the restoration of redox balance has a growing interest in the recent years.
The conference is addressed to medical doctors, dermatologists, biochemists, pharmaceutical and natural chemists, cell biologists, physiologists, biomedical engineers, pharmacologists, toxicologists, and graduate and post-graduate students in medical, biological, and natural sciences.
The 11th Conference on "Oxidative Stress in Biology and Skin Medicine and Biology" is co-organized by the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, the European Society of Free Radical Research (SFRR-E), the Oxygen Club of California (OCC) and Andros Municipality.
